Pilkington OptiView™ is a range of glass with a anti-reflective coating(s) to reduce visible light reflectance and to allow more light to pass through. The products are suitable for monolithic and/or laminated applications.

Pilkington OptiView™ is a monolithic glass, with the anti-reflective coating on one surface, which reduces visible light reflectance and allows more visible light to pass through, when compared to clear float glass with 8% light reflectance as standard.

Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra Protect is a laminated glass with anti-reflective coatings on surfaces #1 and #4 (both outer surfaces of the laminated glass), which helps to reduce the total visible light reflection to below 2%.

Pilkington OptiView™ Ultra is a new anti-reflective glass available in monolithic or laminated version. The product reduces glare that reflects off computer screens, aircraft transparencies, televisions, flat panels and similar electronic displays.

Pilkington OptiView™ Protect can be bent, toughened, heat-strengthened, painted for spandrel and a ceramic frit can be applied. Custom designs, images, logos, text, patterns, or tinted interlayers can be laminated into the lites to create a truly customize design or application.

Pilkington OptiView™ Protect OW provides a fundamental function: it reduces the percentage of light reflection of the glass to only 2%, ensuring a perfect view from any angle or direction as interference from the sun is kept to a minimum.

Pilkington OptiView ™ Fusion is a double-sided AR, temperable glass. One side uses a pyrolytic coating with a sputter coating on the other side, allowing more design versatility. Pilkington’s interactive Smart Mirror featuring Pilkington MirroView ™ will be on display to demonstrate its touch screen capabilities.
